​At Capitol Drive Lutheran, we believe that God’s Word is alive, active, and powerful. And because life is tough, and we face challenges each day, we need our faith reinforced daily.

So we encourage all Christians to read, reflect on, and pray with God’s Word every single day. Think of it as “checking in with headquarters,” or better yet, “getting a love letter from the One who promises to make all things new.” 

​There are many good Bible reading plans, but you may find ours helpful. It is short – you can do this in less than 15 minutes. Each week’s guide focuses on a single theme (usually the theme of the previous Sunday’s sermon).
